If you have dental insurance, we would like to help you maximize your insurance benefits.  We are an "Out of Network" provider, which means we will electronically file your insurance claims for reimbursement to you;  you are responsible for all fees at time of services, so we ask that you be prepared to make a payment on your visit.

If you are a self-pay patient, we ask that you be prepared to pay in full for your visit at the time of services.
